Wir haben die Ehre, Ihnen nachstehend un?ern Bericht über die acht'
zehnte ordentliche Tagung der Volkerbundsversammlung vorzulegen.

Der-albanische Delegierte glaubte, dass es möglich sein sollte, einen
modus vivendi zu finden, der Juden und Araber zu befriedigen vermochte.
«Warum», so fragte er, «schafft man in Palästina nicht statt kleiner Staaten,
die sich andauernd streiten und zur Beilegung ihrer Zwistigkeiten an den
